Our Policy
- Late checkout attracts 50% payment and after 5pm, full payment.
- No refunds of money after payment.
- Smoking in the apartment is highly prohibited, smoking in any of the apartments attract N250,000 fine and forfeiture of the apartment rate.
- Reservation without payment is not guaranteed.
- Notify the receptionist 30mins before checkout for proper checkout procedures
- We are not responsible for items or cash not deposited with us and receipt obtained.
- No more than 8 guest are allowed in an apartment and not more than two guest in a room
- Guests shall pay N150,000 as caution fee in addition to the cost of apartment.
- The guest is liable to pay or replace any breakage/damage items in the apartment.
- Guest(s) are not to carry into the apartment/premises or any part thereof, any illegal, immoral, noisy, offensive or dangerous trade/business.
- Guest(s) are not to do anything that may become a nuisance to other guests.
- Guest(s) are to confirm with the receptionists/housekeeper of the facilities in the apartment before check-in and during checkout process.
- Cash transactions are not allowed.
